The feds aren't telling you the true cost of the carbon tax.

The Trudeau government claims “families are going to be better off."

But the Parliamentary Budget Officer's numbers show the government is using magic math.

The carbon tax will cost the average household between $300 and $670 this year even with the rebates (depending on the province you live in).

But Trudeau says he will continue to raise his carbon tax to nearly 40 cents per litre of gas by 2030.

That means that the cumulative cost of the carbon tax for the average household will be $6,400 to $13,00 from now through 2030 even with the rebates (depending on the province you live in).
