The blue screen of death (BSoD) or Windows stop error can be incredibly frustrating, but it can be fixed. The trick is knowing what went wrong in the first place. There can be a lot of different causes, so in this video I will show you how to troubleshoot it using event logs, the error code, and a memory dump. I will also show you how to use safe mode, msconfig, chkdsk, system restore, and sfc to fix a computer where Windows 10 or Windows 11 won't start.
