🍗Leftover Chicken Porridge🍚

In a pot of water boil chicken carcass along with 3-4 cloves of garlic, 3 bay leaves and 1 teaspoon of black pepper corns.

Cover and let boil for at least 1-2 hours for best results. Strain broth and add back into the pot. Add in 1 cup of washed uncooked white short grain rice.

Simmer on low for 30-35 minutes and stir occasionally. Once porridge has reached your desire consistency turn off the stove and add in some shredded leftover chicken if you have any.
