So for those that doesnt want to read the whole thing from the website, ill best describe it in a short term.
This mod reduces all impact damage and Direct Damage to all types of enemies severely, though some weapons keeps some Impact depending on its type. This is all to balance the gameplay to make Mobs, ACs and Boss Fight last more longer than it should.
However, from balancing all weapons, this is mostly focus on both arm and shoulder weapons that doesnt shine as much like Kinetic weapons and have each weapon be unique of their ways. This also includes the fact that heavy shoulder weapons will be nerf on ammunition. This nerf is more of a wise choice. But what you can gain from no shoulder weapons is more EN.
EN is now independent on their style. And there is no recharge at all so you are passively gaining EN. Once your shoulder weapons is gone, your EN goes up on restoration while idle. However, there is a catch. Beware of going into red state, as if you completely use all your Boost, your Mech will be grounded till the Gen restores back up. Some is depend on weight and type. The most severe one is the last Coral Gen that has the top Capacity, but if depleted, your mech is grounded for 12 seconds. Not Recommended for fast pace quick boost or against bosses.

Additional Info: All mods can only be use one at a time. There's no system to merge them together or use all of them. That's more of a long road to do and figured that all modders doesnt want to do such a task. So if you have any other mods, put them back to their Extracted File, then move this one of your choice of Boost Speed. Make sure you are offline before putting this mod in. Anticheat will detect anything unusual of any kind of changes.
