Make a high protein plant based milk from home!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried yellow split peas, rinsed thoroughly
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1 pitted date
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil (or other neutral flavoured oil)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup water
Pea milk must be cooked on “Hot” mode. Allow to cool slightly, strain, and enjoy!
