Quick Tip: Wear gloves, especially when removing from mold because you don't want to leave fingerprints.

Also I did on coat of chocolate because it was thick but if your chocolate is thin you would use 2 to 3 coats meaning, cover inner mold with chocolate, freeze, take out freezer and repeat.
