Kids Box//Tech
This class teaches basic boxing technique to kids from the ages of 5 to 12. A full class includes mastering boxing technique, pad work with the coach and learning to grasp proper punch combinations followed by circuit training and fitness games. Kids classes are Sunday to Wednesday at 5pm and Friday and Saturday at 10am.
