Managers and leaders, how do you feel about gossip in your workplace?
It's totally great if your employees are comfortable enough with you to talk about their own problems. BUT, it is not okay if your employees want to talk to you about other people's problems. That’s gossip.
Gossip can create a toxic work environment, damage relationships between coworkers, and cause distractions and drama that can derail important projects and goals. As a leader and manager, don't promote gossip!
