Bodycam video obtained by the Miami Herald shows stunned first responders looking for survivors. In the lobby of the building, dazed and confused residents are streaming down from the upper floors. The officer warns them to hurry out. “The building collapsed. I need you guys out of here because the rest might fall,” he urges.
