I’m not a big fan of the term “borderline personality disorder” and yet am a major fan of people not feeling alone. Labels can give people an awareness that: “hey, maybe this person understands a little bit of what it’s like to be a human like me on this planet and I’m not as alone as I thought I was”.
Pete being open about his BPD continues to make me feel more comfortable being open about mine. I hope me being open has the same effect on you, even if you struggle with something different ❤️
Remember these two things: You’re a HUMAN first, and your unconscious is showing.
