Training is just a part of our lifestyle
Being on vacation doesn’t change our want or need to stay fit, active and healthy. If it’s something we enjoy, why not find ways to do it, anywhere!
This past trip to LA, we stayed at @thelinehotel and it was amazing.
Even though our trip was super busy, we made time to hit the gym, eat healthy and get tons of steps in.
The good thing about using my training app (here’s the plug) is that it gives you a plan for all situations. So we walked in with a program we could easily do with the equipment they had available.
Training just makes me feel good, so I make the time to do it. It’s not about being motivated but more about the discipline to my goals and the feeling I always get once I’m finished.
Do you exercise while you’re on vacation or do you take a break from any fitness or healthy activities?
