This team is a special variation of the Myth Heiress comp made popular by DeadwoodJedi. In the standard version of the tune, the DPS champion runs at a 2:1 ratio, but by adjusting the speeds, I found a combination that allows the DPS to run at a 3:1 ratio while moving Heiress to first in the turn order as a stun cleanser. Tuhanarak also would be a great champion to use in this role.
The DPS champion can be any damage dealer that doesn't manipulate the turn order, preferably with weaken and poison but not required. I use Anax for this slot, but you could also Dracomorph, Venus, Fayne, Brakus, Longbeard, Turvold, Athel, etc.
If running Heiress, you will need a force DPS to swap in as a stun tank against Spirit affinity to ensure that she doesn't get stunned. For this reason, UNM Spirit will likely only be good for 2-key damage, but all other affinities could scale into 1-key range depending on your DPS champion and gear/great hall.

Speeds before 19% Deacon aura (range listed in parentheses):
Demytha 283 (283-306)
Heiress 269 (266-293, must be slower than Demytha)
Deacon Armstrong 197 (195-206)
Seeker 181 (181-196*)
Anax 258 (258-280*), but you are aiming for around 275 true speed)
*If Demytha's speed is at the low end of the range, then Seeker and the DPS champ must also be at the low end of the range. Their speeds may increase as long as Demytha is not at the minimum speed.
**Note: Champion speeds are related to one another. Not all combinations within these ranges will work on all difficulties. Start from the low end of the speed range as shown in the link and increase individual champions one at a time to find what your ranges based upon your gear and speed/perception sets.
