Hi, welcome to FOOD FESTIVE, we are going to prepare green chutney to dip on dishes like samosas or grilled chicken, to eat along with roti & rice. Here is 3 ways to prepare green chutney.
1st Variant - Daily Green Chutney
INGREDIENTS
Coriander Leaves - 200gm
Mint paste - 3 tbsp
1 big Green Chilli
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste-1 tbsp
sugar - to taste
METHOD -
Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blend! Serve with any food or snacks as you like.
2nd Variant : Coriander Curd/yogurt Chutney
INGREDIENDS
Daily Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
Curd
sugar-as your taste
METHOD -
Mix daily green chutney and curd together. Ready to serve.
3rd Variant - Mayo Mint Dip
INGREDIENTS
Daily Green Chutney - 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise
Sugar - as your taste
METHOD -
Mix all the ingredients in the green chutney and mix well. Ready to serve.
