📒 White Pizza Sauce Recipe📒
In this video from Food Talks, you will learn how to make white sauce for pizza with mushrooms, spinach and chicken. This rich and creamy Alfredo style pizza sauce would also be delicious served on pasta. We replaced the traditional butter for olive oil. You could also add some garlic to this white pizza sauce recipe.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
10 pieces mushrooms, sliced
3 handfuls baby spinach
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cooked chicken breast sliced
470ml cooking cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 slices provolone cheese
salt & pepper to taste
220-250g pizza dough

Instructions:
1. In olive oil, fry mushrooms until brown.
2. Add spinach, and let them soften with the steam.
3. Add cooking cream, cheese, nutmeg and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add cooked chicken pieces, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for another minute.
5. Stretch your pizza dough and spread the white pizza sauce (not too much or the dough could collapse).
6. For a thin and crispy crust, cook in your Roccbox pizza oven 3-5 minutes at 350C, or in conventional oven 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature.
