Ryan O'Keefe is a two-time premiership winning AFL player (2005 and 2012). He won the Norm Smith Medal in 2012 as best on ground in the Grand Final. He played 287 AFL games with the Sydney Swans and kicked 261 goals during a sporting career that spanned 15 years.
He now works in AFL but cycling is his sport of choice since retiring from playing the game that brought him is fame.
I met Ryan several years ago and spoke to him about his developing passion for cycling. He is passionate about his riding and his bikes.
We bumped into each other in Centennial Park on a Wednesday morning ride and agreed to do a (very impromptu) interview. After a few more laps and a longer chat, we agreed that he would be an ideal candidate to do some product reviews for RIDE Media. #StayTuned
