- Panattoni has completed the sale of two Polish logistics parks in Lublin and the Silesia West region to a North American private equity investor. The two properties have a combined gross lettable area (GLA) of about 65,000 sqm.
Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni CEO & Co-Owner Europe and India, said: “Our successful sale of these two fully-leased standing assets demonstrates the continuing strong investor appetite for modern logistics properties with high sustainability credentials in the Polish market.”
Shopee, a global e-commerce platform connecting shoppers, brands and sellers, has opened its local office in the Warsaw UNIT, The lease was signed with Ghelamco Poland, the developer and owner of the office tower. - Savills has been appointed as property manager for Widok Towers in Warsaw. The mandate follows many years of cooperation with German Commerzbank AG Real, the owner of the property.
