1) Discuss the role of renal mass biopsy in the management of patients presenting with known or suspected renal cell carcinoma.
2) Characterize various management strategies for patients with a small renal mass including active surveillance, cryotherapy, and partial nephrectomy.
3) Review surgical principles for patients considering radical or partial nephrectomy.
