We have a strategic partnership with the Mental Health Foundation.
Our partnership is about helping us to produce evidence that is relevant to people with everyday lived experience of common mental disorders. Our work with the Mental Health Foundation enables us to better understand what matters to people and to improve the ways we involve people with lived experience in what we are doing. Together we aim to put trusted evidence at the heart of health care decisions for people with common mental disorders.
On the 6th June 2019 we officially launched our partnership hosting an afternoon of debate and discussion at the British Library. Through our launch event we sought ideas for new partnership activities, within these thematic areas and more broadly.
Mike Cooke is the Chair of the Cochrane Common Mental Disorders External Advisory Board he explains why our partnership with the Mental Health Foundation is so important.
