You can link your PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC fortnite accounts all under 1 epic games account, so your progress and items remain the same on all platforms. To link your epic games account to your fortnite account, go to epicgames.com and sign into your fortnite profile.

Then select your username and go to connections on the far left, then go to accounts. Connect with your platform. Type in your email and password with your platform. If you epic account is already connected to another epic account, you will need to sign in and disconnect your fortnite account.
