A military band (male) lead off the procession down wide tree-lined street. Following them are many workers from the Women's Land Army. Banner: Women - 'You Are Wanted to Keep the Country in Food join the Land Army'.
A few women carry rakes. All the women marching at the front, half wear their Land Army uniforms; but behind them are a fair number wearing civilian clothing; some of these carry rakes too. Shot looking down at crowd. Then more of Land Army marching.
