(14 Dec 2016) Fans of the Besiktas football team in Istanbul began gathering outside their home stadium on Wednesday night (local time) for the first match since suicide bombings near the stadium killed 44 people last Saturday.
A large police presence could be seen around the stadium as crowds began to arrive.
Saturday's attack, which killed 44 people and wounded 149, was claimed by Turkey-based Kurdish militant group, the Kurdish Freedom Falcons.
