5 Tips for Dealing With Whiplash at Home
Hi, I'm Doctor Brett Berner. In this video, I'm going to share with you five tips for dealing with whiplash at home.
If you suffer from whiplash, you know how painful and frustrating it can be. But there are some things you can do to ease the pain and help your recovery.
#:1 It's important to rest. You may need to take a few days off from work or other activities. But it's important to give your body the time it needs to heal.
#:2 Ice your neck for fifteen minutes every few hours. This will help reduce the pain and swelling.
#:3 Avoid activities that require you to bend your neck forward, such as looking down at your phone or reading.
#:4 Use a pillow to support your neck while you sleep.
#:5 Do some gentle stretching and range-of-motion exercises. But be careful not to overdo it.
