My routine is using a Google Nest Hub. This can also be done with a Google Home, Nest Mini, Nest Hub Max, etc. You can also create a speaker group and have it play to the speaker group. I specify to play the radio station Z100 but you can use another radio station or play a streaming music station.
Open Google Home and tap Routines. This is a Google Home / Google Assistant Routine setup to turn on the Google Nest Hub at a specific time and play sound and then turn off the device at a specific time.
