Welcome to RSL LifeCare’s AIM Program
The AIM Program is a new model of care for RSL LifeCare. It has three main pillars: 1. Relationship Centred Care, 2. Dining Experience and 3. Lifestyle and Leisure. In each of these areas the focus is on building relationships between residents and their care teams, providing choice, enhancing confidence, a sense of well-being and embracing individuality. By strengthening the close relationship between our residents and their carers, everyone wins – our residents, their families and our carers.
The AIM Program will roll out across the organisation over the next two years hand-in-hand with training for all staff involved.
