INGREDIENTS:
Water dough 水皮 :
200g Plain flour 面粉
60g Butter, softened 软化黄油
2 tbsp Caster sugar 幼糖
120ml Water 水
Oil dough 油皮 :
160g Plain flour 面粉
100g Veg oil / Corn oil 植物油 / 黍油
Filling 内陷:
2 tbsp Vege oil / Corn oil 植物油 / 黍油
250g Minced meat / Chicken, in chunks 肉碎 / 鸡肉,切块
1 Onion, medium size 洋葱,中号
5 cloves Garlic 蒜
50g Carrot 萝卜
50g Corn 玉米粒
Seasoning 调料 :
1- 3 tsp Dark soy sauce 黑酱油 / 黑油
1 tsp Oyster sauce 蚝油
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1/2 tsp Five spice powder 五香粉
2 - 3 tsp Light soy sauce 酱油
2 tbsp Caster sugar 幼糖
1/2 tbsp Corn flour 黍粉
1 tbsp Water 水
1 egg, glazing 鸡蛋,刷表皮

METHODS 做法 :
- Bake at 190C preheated oven for 15 mins.
在预热190度的烤箱中,烘培15分钟。
- Take the siew pau out of the oven, and brush another layer of egg wash
and apply some sesame seeds.
把烧包从烤箱中取出,再刷上另一层蛋液。芝麻粒,个人喜好。
- Bake again for another 15 - 20 mins, or until golden brown.
之后,在烘培15-20分钟或至金黄色。
