Measuring the Standing Height for the ZEEN adjustment can be accomplished using a tape measure, book and pencil along a wall location. It is best to have a friend or assistant help with this process. It is also important for the ZEEN user to wear shoes during this measurement process.

1. The ZEEN user should stand flat-footed with their back against the wall, and feet spread shoulder width apart
2. Place a book between the ZEEN user’s legs and raise it up as if they are sitting on the book binding.
3. While the book is position, ask an assistant to mark the wall at the top edge of the book binding.
4. Lastly, take a measurement from this mark on the wall to the floor.
