The Under Armour Project Rock 6 is the sixth iteration to debut in The Rock's popular training shoe line.
In general, the UA Project Rock training shoe line tends to be a pretty polarizing cross-training shoe line. Some lifters love the heavier feel of the Project Rock shoes while others think they're too bulky.
I liked the UA Project Rock 5 for the most part so I was curious to see how the updated Project Rock 6 would perform in the gym.

Overall, I like the UA Project Rock 6 and think it's one of the better-feeling Project Rock shoes on foot.
Is this training shoe going to be the best for minimalist lovers, CrossFit, and heavy lifting? Not necessarily.
However, if you go into this shoe recognizing that and you just want a model for lifting and casual cross-training, then these can fit the bill.
