No Vintage Space Toys are harmed in the making of my goofy space art! All have playwear or damage or are copies/reissues which would be of little interest to collectors. The upsized MPC figure has a defect I did not point out, and believe me when I say he sat on my ogle shelf for three months before I decided how to modify him. Also since I'm using acrylics on smooth plastic surfaces a few minutes under a warm tap with a dish brush & they are spanking bare again. Which is exactly what's going to happen to the two Cracker Jack dudes -- Try again, and for the one with the blue hair it'll be my fifth try. Just something about their design resists alteration and the key might be going that minimal route on the favorite larger figure.
The "Space.Trucks" videos, Instagram feed and related blog are for sharing my enthusiasm for vintage, antique & offbeat Space Toys with other grownup collectors and are not made with child-age audiences in mind.
