BELL PEPPER CHICKEN SIZZLER RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Boneless chicken julienne ½ kg
For Marination:
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Roasted cumin ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Yogurt ¼ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Orange color a Pinch
Oil ¼ cup
Capsicum julienne 1
Onion coarsely sliced 1
Tomato coarsely sliced 1
Green chilies sliced 4
Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
METHOD :
Marinate chicken julienne with all the ingredients, pan fry in ¼ cup oil, and give dum of coal.
Ingredients for Ginger Sauce :
Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup ¼ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
METHOD FOR GINGER SAUCE :
Make ginger sauce, put the chicken in it, and serve over a sizzler with a dinner roll and fries.
