ingredients

1 3/4 c all purpose flour
3/4 c cocoa unsweetened ( i used dutch)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar

2 pcs eggs (large)
1 c fullcream milk or evap milk ( i used alaska)
1/2 c oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c hot water

yield: 2 pan of 8"
