Restoration of a Pepper grinder / Salt mill. This grinder isn't working very well as it is and also it's rusty in places so needs a Restoration. This is a great little tool that fits in the palm of your hand perfectly which makes it so easy to use. I thought this was going to be a simple and quick restoration but it took a lot longer than I thought but still it was enjoyable and at the end of the long day in my workshop it put a smile on my face when it was done, which is always the main thing. I wanted to keep it looking original so I kept to the simuilar colors as much as I could. I did spray the metal parts chrome but I decided it looked just to shiny and it wasn't what Wife wanted more to the point, so I gave it a couple of coats of lacquer so it changed to a off silver.
