This short video highlights the work of Swansea University's Glaciology Group in South East Greenland and was produced by PhD student Laurence Dyke in association with documentary specialists 196 Productions Ltd. After extensive training from broadcast cameraman Mark Thorne, Laurence was given a Sony EX1 HD camera to document the glaciological field campaigns in Greenland. The complete 50 minute documentary will be available on DVD from www.opengates.tv in early March 2012.
Swansea Glaciology Group undertake research in South East Greenland in collaboration with researchers from The Scottish Association of Marine Science (SAMS) and the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS).
