This Cornbread recipe is delicious. It's light and full of flavor. We take a cornbread mix package and make it into something truly special.

Mix the following:

2 jiffy cornbread mix
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
14.5 oz can of creamed corn
1 large egg

Mix well and place in buttered 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake 50 - 55 minutes.
