San Diego Unified School District opened for the fall semester today with more than 130-thousand students on campuses across the County. There is still a limited option for distance learning, but an overwhelming majority of parents sent their children back for in-person learning. KPBS Education Reporter M.G. Perez tells us they return with strict COVID precautions to prevent any more outbreaks.
