For most of human history, we have drank milk from various animals and used this milk to make various dairy products. What we didn't know until a couple centuries ago, is that drinking raw milk can easily contribute, and has been responsible, for various public health emergencies. Over the last 100 years, laws against unpasteurised milk have been implemented to try and mitigate the negative effects of milk.
However, Raw Milk is making a comeback. Its becoming a political issue for conservative politicians with recent success, and has become a popular 'health' product pushed by influencers on TikTok.
