I wonder if the writers ever attempted legal action against Wilhelm Grosz who later used the same basic melody for his hit “Red Sails In The Sunset.” This and the flip side “You’ve Made Me Happy Today” ( [ Ссылка ] ) were songs from the 1929 Broadway musical “The Street Singer,” produced and directed by Busby Berkeley (191 performances).
