5 fantastic fall cocktails - the best of autumn flavors!
TOTR American Trilogy
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Apple Brandy or Calvados
0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish with orange zest
Chai'quiri
2 oz Aged Cuban Rum
1 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Chai syrup*
*How to make the Chai syrup
INGREDIENTS
12 Cracked Green Cardamom pods
10 Cloves
5 All spice
One Cinnamon stick
3 TBSP Fresh ginger in small pieces
250 gr Water
SUGAR (Quantity depending on the water you'll have left after making the infusion)
METHOD
In a sauce pan, add all the ingredients except for the sugar and bring to a hard boil.
Reduce and let simmer until the water has reduced by half
Strain and weight the liquid
Add the same amount of sugar that you got infused water
Stir until sugar has dissolved
Bottle up and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days
Café Mole
1.5 oz Reposado or Anejo Tequila
0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Chili liqueur
0.5 oz Brown sugar syrup
1.5 oz Oat milk
1 oz Espresso
Garnish with Chili threads
Pear Widow's kiss
1 oz Calvados
0.75 oz VSOP Cognac
0.5 oz Belle de Brillet
0.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish with pear slices
Rosemary Rickey
1.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Rosemary syrup*
0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz Lime juice
Top with 2 oz Ginger Ale
Garnish with Rosemary sprig
*Rosemary yrup recipe
Infuse 5 gr of fresh rosemray in 100 gr of hot water for 5 minutes
Add 100 gr sugar
Stir until dissolve
Let cool down to room temperature
Remove the rosemary
Bottle and keep in the fridge for up to ten days
