By default, the TPM is not enabled in AsRock motherboard BIOS settings. Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0 for the installation. This video will help you with the required settings.
Here are the basic requirements.
CPU: 2 or more cores
RAM: 4GB or more
Firmware: UEFI with Secure boot. Check if you have installed OS with UEFI mode only and not with the old BIOS way.
Storage: 64GB plus
Graphics: Direct X 12 compatible. Check if your graphics card supports it.
if you have all the above, try to update drivers and OS via windows update to the latest version possible before trying windows 11 check.
Also, try to have the latest version of BIOS. Do not install the wrong BIOS version. Please do a proper check before doing it.
First I faced an issue, only the organizer can manage updates on this PC. The reason was I linked a Work account on my PC. We need to unlink any work account if possible.
Then I faced TPM issue, after enabling this setting mentioned in Video, I was able to complete it.
Let me know your error messages in the comments section. I will try to help you understand.
