Roasted vegetables made on our handy-dandy Broil King roasting basket. For this dish we used Parisian potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and tomatoes. We topped the veggies with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and black pepper.
