Mix 5 g of fresh yeart with warm (not hot) water. In separate bowl prepare 250 g of all purpose flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add one table spoon of olive oil and mixture with water and yeast. Stir properly and let it chill for one hour. After that put the dough to the pan and add an olive oil. Put whatever you like on the top and bake for 15 minutes at 230 °C. I am sure you will love it.
