Antonis Tzelepis plays a traditional dance from the Easter Islands. To perform the song, he uses a guitar (small guitar) and local drums. These islands are about 1300 miles from Chile, to the west, in the Pacific Ocean and geographically belong to Polynesia, along with Hawaii, Tahiti, the Marianas, Bora - Bora, Fidji, etc. But demographically they belong to Chile. The first inhabitants were called Rapa Nui and were Polynesians. Their traditional music contains mainly choral songs similar to those of Tahiti. They use small guitars as instruments, but also trumpet, sea corals and more. Other instruments locally are the kauaha, the jawbone, the upaupa and the accordion. The music of the Easter Islands was greatly influenced by Latin American music and tango and there is quite widespread tango rapanui, which is played with guitar and bandoneon.
