In this quick yoga video tutorial, I will show you some cool yoga tips on how to modify full wheel pose by using two yoga blocks. Getting into the full wheel pose is hard especially if your back bends just aren't where you want them to be quite yet and you're not comfortable in an upside down position. You can easily come into full wheel pose by doing this yoga tip.
