For the best engagement you should post to Facebook once a day.
For Twitter aim for up to 4 tweets a day.
If you post 20 times a month on LinkedIn then you’ll reach about 60% of your connections.
If you use Pinterest then up to five times a day.
Instagram up to 15 times per day.
Now, if that sounds like a lot, then remember you can create multiple posts out of one piece of content. For example, the top 5 ways to do something can actually be 5 posts focusing on one point but linking back to the larger piece of content. And, of course, there is curating and sharing other people’s content.
