As Jesus approached Jerusalem for the final week of His life prior to His crucifixion, He was met by those who were rejoicing and those who were rejecting Him. Even those who were rejoicing would soon cry out for His crucifixion when Jesus did not deliver the way they had hoped. That’s because Jesus’ mission was greater than providing political peace. Jesus came for the sins of the world to offer us personal peace with God through a relationship with Him. In today’s message, Pastor Gary connects the Palm Sunday story of the past with the present and the future—looking ahead to a time when all the saints will be worshiping Jesus around the throne of Heaven.
