It's called in different ways, pita, flat, balloon, Turkish bread Arabic bread.. etc But whatever you want to call it it's simply the most easy, quick and delicious bread you will ever try.
It's made of simple ingredients, it doesn't require machinery and neither a oven to bake.
So what are you waiting for to try this fantastic and fun bread!
You will need:
Ingredients for 5/6 pita:
250 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp dry yeast
80 ml warm milk
80 ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Melted butter to brush on top after cooking
Fry in a pan for 5 +/- minutes always turning the bread so it doesn't stick to the pan as we are not using any oil to fry.

1 cucchiaio lievito istantaneo
80 ml latte tiepido
80 ml acqua tiepida
2 cucchiai di olio di oliva
Burro fuso per spennellare il pane dopo la cottura
