In this video I want to share some information about Gisborne Airport
The Airport is one of the Few Airport in the World that has a Railway line intersecting the runway
The Gisborne Airport which covers a land of 160 hectares
The Railway tracks splits runway almost in the
middle and very often trains or Aircrafts are stopped until one of them move on
It is a very challenging task to the airport authorities to manage to landing at the interesting along the operational rail route which has scheduled departures and arrivals itself.
