Mastic Gum can have many amazing benefits from oral health to digestive health, but just like anything there can be downfalls especially when not being aware of potential issues. Unfortunately for me I had an onlay filling be removed completely from the chewing of the gum. While I still highly recommend it and praise it for its benefits I also recommend you be smart about using it if you have fillings or other dental work that leaves you susceptible.
