For NUMOBAMS 0618/WM180V/WM210V machine, the chuck working accuracy may got mess during long time delivery or each time you disassemble the chuk. Correct step as follow:
1) Tight each screw 1/3 force on the back plate of chuck first.
2) Use a soft copper bar or rubber hammer to knock chuck each side and check the accuracy with dial indicator together.
3) Once the accuracy be modified normal,tight other three screw together, then the accuracy is in normal range.
