Ingredients
Oil
Corn tortillas
5 to 6 potatoes
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt and pepper, to taste

Chipotle Salsa
5 to 6 Tomatoes
1 to 2 Jalapeños
4 to 6 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
Bunch cilantro
6 chipotles (canned chipotle)
1 can tomato sauce 8oz
1 tsp salt, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
