The toddler also received a diamond tennis bracelet and a diamond encrusted chain. Blue Ivey Carter, daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z, recently celebrated with a high-fashion soiree complete with model runway, makeovers, and matching pink housecoats for her guests.

When it comes to extravagant birthday parties, look no further than the Kardashians and Jenners.
